The common Spring snapped on my gearstick. I've sourced a new stick with spring and just set about to fit it. But as I pulled out the original gearstick the plastic spacer pulled out with it and has called down beside the hole where the gear stick gears and I can't for the life of me get it back out...

The common Spring snapped on my gearstick. I've sourced a new stick with spring and just set about to fit it. But as I pulled out the original gearstick the plastic spacer pulled out with it and has called down beside the hole where the gear stick gears and I can't for the life of me get it back out...
