If its a diff or prop shaft you would still have drive in 4wd as long as the front hubs aren't in free wheel.

Well the prop shaft is easy enough to inspect. Check where it attaches to the transfer box flange and at the other end where it connects to the diff. Give it a good wiggle and try ro tate it.If its solid then that is that ruled out.

If you cant turn the prop with the truck in neutral on the ground then that proves your diff is ok.

After your other post it maybe that the clutch has had it. If it is worn and you filled it will muddy water it may have burnt out, although they will normally slip for a while before they give out.
Put the front hubs into the lock position - transfer box in neutral - (chock wheels) handbrake off - then go under and see if you can turn the front and rear propshafts. If you can't turn them more than a little we can assume your diffs are ok

Darrell im also sure the clutch would either slip for a bit or at least still have a tiny ammount of drag now.

I checked the propshafts they look like they connected fine and i cant turn either one by hand so does it look like gearbox or clutch ?

Sounds like clutch or gearbox to me!

Is there any change in noise when you use the clutch? I think you would hear the gearbox input shaft turning if the clutch was working
