I'm not entirely sure why this has happened, but I think everyone's posts are marked as unread.

Go to the forum index, and click the "Mark Forums Read" button up and right of the forum list!

I just realised I was being stupid

I was logged on as Admin and it's a new account. That's what I get for trying to fix stuff at 1am when I'm falling asleep
