Noises coming from rear axle, now with added video

Hi guys,
Just come back from Australia about 3 weeks ago after SJ being stood still in my Gran's garage for near 7 months, started up first time, think it was the handbrake seized but managed to free it pretty easily and been driving around in her for a good 3 weeks trouble free like normal. However, yesterday I noticed a minor sort of clonking noise coming from the rear driver's side when changing speeds, when cruising at 30-40mph there is no clonking but a slight hum almost like tyre noise. It doesn't feel any different to drive at all.
I've jacked the rear up, had a play with the wheel to make sure it wasn't wheel bearing but all feels fine. Had a look at the prop shaft and around the diff for any signs of an oil leak but all looks pretty normal.
Is there anything that any of you suggest I try? or anyone know what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Al
